John has given his name to these products as he has a direct link to these products in that he has worn them in his numerous TV and public appearances and has been asked where they are available. John has exclusively chosen these products and it is his hope that you enjoy them as much as he does. The retailers of these products have also been chosen for their reputation for quality and service and as such all matters relating to these products and service should be directed to them and the contact addresses, emails and numbers given.
Any dealings between You and the manufacturer found on johnbarrowman.com including payment for and delivery of products, services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations, associated with such dealings, are solely between You and the relevant manufacturer. You agree not to hold John Barrowman liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings.
Diverso Terms & Conditions
"We/us" means Diverso Moda Ltd, the seller of the goods.
"You" means the customer acting as a consumer.
"Goods" means the items which you agree to buy from us the seller.
These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods by you from us the seller to the exclusion of all other Terms & Conditions which you may purport to apply under any sales offer or purchase order. These Terms & Conditions supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties. Any amendment to the Terms & Conditions will only be effective if signed by a director of Diverso.
All products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.
All drawings, photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.
If for any reason you feel that there is a discrepancy with your order upon arrival, please contact customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours and ensure you retain all original packaging.
Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES and any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed by our carriers on a 'pay on delivery' basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
Delivery/Shipping charges (excluding duty) and lead times are as follows, please note these are working days and do not include weekends or holidays and are not guaranteed.
Diverso are committed to providing you with Terms & Conditions of sale which are easy to understand and which are fair to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in these Terms & Conditions.
Diverso does not trade via eBay or any other auction website. We are not able to verify the authenticity or quality of any item sold on such a site under the Diverso branding.
If for any reason you feel that there is a discrepancy with your order upon arrival, please contact customer services on email@example.com or phone +44 (0)20 7486 7501 quoting the order number within 24 hours and ensure you retain all original packaging.
We are happy to accept any item for exchange or credit note within 30 days of receipt of goods, provided it has not been worn or washed and is a saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Alternatively exchanges can be made in store.
Standard UK delivery is ?5, no matter the order size, and takes 1-3 days. EU delivery is ?15 and takes 3-10 days depending on destination. Worlwide delivery is ?20 and takes 3-15 days depending on destination. A signature will be required for all shipments as proof of delivery.
Diverso takes great care ensuring that information gathered online is treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell or pass on your information to any third parties. We will only use the information that we collect from you to: -

We never collect or store credit card details. For online payments we use PayPal.
Ian Flaherty Shipping & Returns
All goods are sent via Royal Mail and you have the option to use their Guaranteed Delivery service. The shipping tariff will be calculated at the time of checkout and is based on the weight of the items you have ordered.
We accept returns for faulty goods and will refund you in full if this is what you require. We will not replace goods that have been damaged due to misuse, handling not consistent with an item of hand-crafted jewellery or general mistreatment of the cufflinks. We will be fair and reasonable - please reciprocate. We are unable to refund any postage costs.
Your data is confidential. We do not disclose it to anyone at all. Ever. We hate spam as much as you do and we're decent, responsible people.
